hey everyone, i recently went to visit seton hill and i have a ques about the residence halls. the admissions counselor was like you'll probably be in the honors program so you'll have the option to stay in the new residence hall we're building. if i go to seton hill should i stay in the new hall or stay in brownlee? it may sound stupid like why would i want to stay in the regular girls freshman dorms but i don't know if i wanna be around honors stuff all the time. eh what do you think i should do?

adminrecruit101: I give the new dorm a definate thumbs up!

From my perspective as an Admissions Counselor here at SHU, it seems like a no-brainer if you have the option to live in a new dorm that is accommodating you because you are an honors student. Personally, a $1000 upgrade is a pretty good bonus! What could be the downfall of living with fellow freshman, honors students in a new dorm? This will not only be helpful academically, but also socially as you transition from high school into college.
If you don’t like it, you can always move to another location. It is not written in stone.
